About Me

Ted Kramer is a retired lawyer and has been a full time Realtor since November 2001.
Ted sets himself apart from other Realtors by his uncompromising focus on his clients' needs. He will only work with clients for whom he believes he can deliver the outstanding service they expect and deserve.
Ted has lived in Arlington, Virginia with his wife Jackie for the past 25 years, with a brief hiatus in Vienna, Virginia. He has two grown children who both attended Arlington public schools and Virginia universities.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Ted was in law practice for over 30 years after first obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University.
Continuing to hone his professional competence, Ted has acquired several professional real estate certifications, including Certified Residentail Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Ted Kramer brings extensive knowledge of the community from his active involvment in community service. He currently serves as Treasurer and Director of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Ballston  Virginia Square Partnership as well as being a past Vice President and Secretary. He is also past President and Director of the Kiwanis Club of Arlington and a member of the Clarendon Alliance and the Columbia Pike Revitalizaion Organization.
